We’re delivering on our mission to make Bitcoin mining more sustainable and more transparent. GM3 in Villarrica, Paraguay currently has 3 MW in operation, powered by 100% hydropower, with up to 6 MW planned as the site is built out.

Here’s what that infrastructure does:

  • Bitcoin mining on Bitmain S19j XP Hydro machines, running on hydropower from Itaipu at an energy cost of $0.028–0.057/kWh.
  • Hosted mining capacity for partners who run their own hardware on the same site.

In 2025, the site produced 14.5 BTC and ran at roughly 96% uptime.

But that’s not all.

Our heat-reuse project (Bitcoin Mango) uses waste heat from the miners to dry fruit, with pre-orders already secured. It diversifies the site’s activity while putting energy that would otherwise be lost to productive use.
