These Terms of Use govern access to and use of greenmining.io and the Greenpact investment platform of GM Data Centers AG ("Green Mining"). By using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Definitions

Services: The greenmining.io website, the Greenpact investment portal, and all related offerings by Green Mining.

User: Any natural or legal person who accesses the services.

Investor: A qualified investor who subscribes for shares of GM Data Centers AG via the Greenpact portal.

Shares: Registered shares of GM Data Centers AG that can be subscribed through the investment platform.

2. Use of Services

Use of our services is restricted to qualified investors. The following are prohibited:

• Violation of applicable law
• Infringement of third-party rights
• Disruption of service operations
• Circumvention of security mechanisms
• Use of malware or automated access
• Access from jurisdictions where the offering is not permitted

3. Account and Registration

Subscribing for shares requires registration on the Greenpact platform with complete personal details. You are responsible for the security of your account. Please keep your information up to date.

4. KYC/AML

In accordance with legal requirements, we conduct KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) checks. These are performed after receipt of your investment. If an investor does not pass the checks, the investment is refunded in full.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and works on this website are the property of GM Data Centers AG or its licensors and are protected by Swiss copyright law. Use without express written permission is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

Green Mining is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages. Services are provided "as is" without express or implied warranties.

Risk notice: Investments in shares and digital assets involve significant risks. The value of your investment may rise or fall. You may lose your entire invested capital. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

7. Modifications

Green Mining reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Material changes will be notified to investors by email. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Swiss law, excluding conflict of law principles. Jurisdiction is Zug, Switzerland.
